Pan-Oceanic Engineering has been a successful union affiliated general contractor since 1998, and is actively engaged in all types of Civil, and site related work. Our areas of expertise include all types of work including the installation of storm and sanitary sewer systems, general excavation/removals, aggregate bases, concrete / asphalt pavements. Our clients include: The Chicago Dept. of Transportation, Illinois Dept. of Transportation, METRA, Capitol Development Board, University of Illinois, Burns & McDonnell Engineers, and numerous private clients. We have constructed several artificial turf soccer fields, public and private parking lots, and several street reconstruction projects for the various government and private agencies.
